CANCELLATION FEE

Upon booking we request credit card details. We are no longer taking deposits. We only use this information for late cancellations charges or if you do not show for your reservation.

Cancellation Fee Terms: We politely ask for at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your table. If you cancel within that time period or do not show for your booking you will incur a £20 per person cancellation fee.

Running Late? Please give us a call if you are running late for your table. We will always hold the table in case, however, if we have not heard from you 15-20 minutes after the booking time, we may rebook the table.

DEPOSITS

We have recently stopped taking deposits. However we appreciate many of our customers have tables that have been booked in advance and have paid a deposit.

Deposits will be redeemed from the bill on the day, please speak to the team if you would prefer a refund to the account charged.

All deposits had a non-refundable transaction fee of £0.30 per person attached, which was informed at the time of booking.

GROUP BOOKINGS

For parties of 10 or more / private hire, please enquire via email or telephone.

Private hire and group bookings require a deposit of £10pp. We ask for a week’s notice for cancellations. This is to allow us to open up our diary for potential bookings.

Reservations can be made during the following service hours. As we are in a residential area, our licensing dictates that the restaurant must close at 11pm.

SEATING

Our reservation system will ask you to select either “Restaurant” (inside) or “Terrace” (outside) upon booking, dependent on availability.

This means we are unlikely to be able to relocate you to a different table when you arrive. The terrace is fully covered with electric heaters installed across the reservable area, however please take into account the seasonal conditions when making a booking.

Dogs - We welcome dogs on our terrace area.

HOURS

Lunch - 12pm - 2pm Wednesday - Saturday

Dinner - 5.30pm - 9pm Monday - Saturday
